Modules are switched on for your school rather than sold as separate products. You are not billed twice to let finance and academics see the same learner.
Messaging is metered, and visible
SMS, WhatsApp and email run on a prepaid wallet with every movement recorded. You can see exactly what was sent and what it drew down.
We would rather quote your school than publish a number that does not fit it.
Schools differ by size, by the modules they need and by how much they message. Send us those three things and you will get a price for your school, not a price band.
A quote covers the platform subscription and, if you want it, messaging. Data import and setup are scoped separately once we have seen the records you are bringing across.

Messaging, billed on what was sent
SMS, WhatsApp and email run on a prepaid wallet held per school and per channel. The balance is a number you can re-derive: every message that draws it down is a recorded entry, and phone numbers are normalised before sending so nobody is charged twice to reach one guardian. Rates depend on the channel and the volume you commit to.
